Conflict
with others in the workplace is inevitable. As
long as two or more people have differences in values,
attitudes, beliefs and opinions, there is going to be
some level of conflict. Some people have modeled their conflict
resolution style after others they felt were effective,
and others have developed their methods through the
school of hard knocks. This program will focus on identifying
and applying key steps to deal with
interpersonal conflict effectively. |
