This
program is for all non-management County employees, permanent, temporary and contract. Attendance in this program satisfies the County Board of Supervisors' mandate for training in sexual harassment every three years.

| It
is the policy of Contra Costa County to provide a working
environment free of discrimination, including intimidation,
hostility or retaliation related to membership in any
protected class. This program meets the Board of Supervisors'
mandate, that at least once every three years non-management
County Employees receive training in the recognition,
prevention and/or remedy of discrimination. |

| This
includes sexual, gender and other forms of harassment
that could cause a hostile, intimidating or offensive
working environment. |
