Completion
of this program is open to all County employees.
Rapidly
changing Federal and State laws and court decisions can
often create an impact on the constructs of
Discrimination. All employees are encouraged to
become familiar with these laws and build upon their
knowledge of what constitutes discrimination and
harassment.

the definitions of Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity
and Affirmative Action.

Updating
knowledge of laws regarding Discrimination and Sexual
Harassment in the workplace.
·
A
review of "High Risk" behaviors that can lead
to perceptions of Discrimination and/or Harassment
and create a Hostile Work Environment.
