Delegating for Results
This online program is for managers and supervisors who want to explore critical principles and practices of effective delegation.
The supervisor who learns to delegate effectively achieves two goals at the same time. First, more time is available to plan, organize and maintain relationships with employees and coworkers. Second, employees become  more versatile and valuable as they learn new tasks and develop their competencies.
Workshop Topics
·   Who do you supervise - a method for classifying everybody's job performance level.
·   The 80/20 rule for identifying critical tasks and responsibilities that must be accomplished consistently well.
·   The Task Grid - a highly useful and easy way of classifying anybody's tasks and responsibilities as a delegation aid.
·   Eight basic delegation strategies and their strengths and limitations.
·   Employee Maturity - a useful tool that suggests which delegation strategy to use.
·   The Performance Expectation Formula - a framework for turning a task or responsibility into a performance standard.
